Making those photos available again allows you to suggest the idea of using your photo products as holiday gifts and run a promotion—all while looking like you're offering a selfless benefit for your clients.
The steps are simple:

Select the galleries you'd like to re-release.

Change the access control settings to be public or password-protected (depending on what you had originally set up with the client)

Send out a gallery invite to your clients announcing the re-release just in time for the holidays.
