Promos are a great way to help encourage print sales from your clients. We recommend offering a smaller promo for the first 3-5 days of the sharing your gallery to catch help capitalize on the initial excitement of your clients. Then a few days before the gallery expiration date, we recommend running another "before it's too late" sale to catch any procrastinators with a bit of time pressure.
Finally there's no better time to run a promotion than the holiday season. A timely reminder of the available products in a Holiday Gift Guide Custom Page, or a Holiday Gallery Re-Release combined with a discount can get you up to 20% more print sale from each of your clients.
Discounted holiday packages are often used by some of our top sellers. The steps are simple:
- Create three custom packages of different sizes that include your best holiday gifts.
- We recommend including a variety of products in each package, from smaller gifts like mugs and T-shirts to larger display items like fotoflots and canvas wraps.
- Having three tiers of packages gives your customers a chance to pick one that fits their budget. Keep in mind most people will purchase the middle tier, so make sure that is your most profitable one.
- We recommend also making the same gifts available a la cart at a much higher price, so that the savings are evident to your clients.
- Add your packages to the top of your price list.
- If your gallery layouts allow for showcasing featured products we recommend adding these packages to the top of your featured products list as well.
- Send out a gallery invite to your clients announcing your bundled holiday packages.
