Bob, Personally, I have not found Mpix prints to be substandard. As a matter of fact, we recently ordered the same photos at the same time from both Mpix and MpixPro. The prints arrived from both orders the same day. Side-by-side, the Mpix images were actually better. I don't think this is probably something that's constant, but rather due to variable factors with print lab equipment, chemicals, etc. I feel confident ordering from either or Millers as well.

Why are the quality of Mpix substandard to MpixPro or Millers. Do people not care? Or if you want and need high quality, just stay with printing from Millers? Could you please give me some clarity on this? This is not meant to be negative. However, Its been my experience.

Thanks in advance.
